Department Overview

The corporate compliance department is committed to promoting an ethical culture at Children's Hospitals and Clinics.These efforts are advanced by ensuring integrity in business practices, providing continuous education and promoting collaborative relationships with all customers.


Position Summary

The 340B Compliance Analyst is responsible for oversight of the 340B drug discount program. The oversight includes ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and related interpretations, ensuring the program is fully implemented in all areas of qualified use, and ensuring records and documentation are complete and accurate.

Education:
* Bachelor's degree in Finance, Healthcare Administration, or Business.

Experience:
* Pharmacy experience preferred or 2 years experience in healthcare. Experience with electronic medical record and e-audit preferred.

Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:
* Organizational skills to meet deadlines and adapt to department needs.
* Excellent oral and written communication skills.
* Ability to work independently and follow through on assignments with minimal direction.
* Intermediate to advanced computer skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, Access, and PowerPoint.
