Department Overview
The current schedule for this position will pay overtime after 8 hours in a day and/or after 80 hours in a pay period (not to be duplicated). If you move to a new schedule or position the overtime provisions may be different based on the schedule/position changes.
All job offers are contingent upon successful completion of an occupational health assessment, drug screen, background investigation, and compliance with the U.S. Government Form I-9, Employment Eligibility Verification, and completion of credentialing and payer enrollment processes. Position Summary
The 340B Compliance Analyst is responsible for oversight of the 340B drug discount program. The oversight includes ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and related interpretations, ensuring the program is fully implemented in all areas of qualified use, and ensuring records and documentation are complete and accurate.
* Bachelor's degree in Finance, Healthcare Administration, or Business.
Experience:
* Pharmacy experience preferred or 2 years experience in healthcare. Experience with electronic medical record and e-audit preferred.
Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:
* Organizational skills to meet deadlines and adapt to department needs.
* Excellent oral and written communication skills.
* Ability to work independently and follow through on assignments with minimal direction.
* Intermediate to advanced computer skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, Access, and PowerPoint.

When determining individual pay rates, we carefully consider a wide range of factors including but not limited to market indicators for the specific role, the skills, education, training, credentials and experience of the candidate, internal equity and organizational needs.
In addition to your salary, this position may be eligible for medical, dental, vision, retirement, and other fringe benefits. Positions that require night, weekend or on-call work may be eligible for shift differentials or premium pay.
