*Minimum of 5 years related work experience in organization development & learning.
*Demonstrated experience in the design, development & delivery of OD & learning solutions.
*Manages, facilitates, and evolves the New Employee Orientation (NEO) program.
*Leads the creation, formalization, and implementation of a scalable onboarding program beyond orientation that ensures all new employees are effectively supported as they begin their new role.
*Responsible for administration, implementation and reporting of mandatory and required education.
*Supports key talent management and experience strategies including, but not limited to, Annual Mandatory Training, Talent Calibration & Succession Planning, and Employee Engagement to meet regulatory requirements and improve performance and develop talent.
*Plans, directs, & coordinates the creation, implementation & execution of behavioral-based employee soft skills development & training.
*Coaches, consults & facilitates program development & process improvement throughout the organization.
*Curates, designs, develops, and implements professional and leadership development opportunities and resources to deliver on Children's Minnesota's talent strategies.
*Leverages instructional design principles to consult with stakeholders and subject matter experts on learning and development requests to identify and prioritize appropriate solutions.
*Supports OD&L in building, managing, maintaining & tracking of learning in collaboration with technical & subject matter experts.
*Contracts, using the HR Service Model, with internal customers to develop & document learning requirements, & measure effectiveness.
*Effectively delivers stand-up training as needed on variety of topics.
*Must possess a strong understanding of adult learning theory.
*Instructor led training (ILT) instructional design knowledge & skills required (eLearning instructional design experience preferred).
*Must be able to communicate and consult effectively with various stakeholders and leaders.
*A strong customer service focus is required.
*Strong presentation & written/oral communication skills.
*Proficient in Microsoft Office & other administrative tools to be able to communicate business processes & organizational plans.
*Project and initiative management experience required with the ability to track multiple, simultaneous complex projects.
*Pro-team & collaborative attitude.
*Demonstrated initiative with attention to detail & follow-through.
